  • 10/10 experience! I had visited another frame shop where I was asked what set up I wanted. There was nothing wrong with that question but I felt like I was designing it myself and I had come there for advice. Tracey really spent the time to show me options and to think outside of the box to make my prints really stand out. She asked great questions about where they would live and what else was in the room. I made a couple of trips (my indecisiveness!) to go over the plan. She was very patient and consistently saying "I want you to be happy with how it looks". She made the whole process fun and I love how my prints turned out!

  • I had a painting that I bought from an artist in Italy that I needed to get mounted and framed, and Tracy at The Frame Shoppe was fantastic. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but what really stood out was her ability to enhance the piece rather than just frame it. I came in with some ideas, and she took the overall vision I had in mind and elevated it. When she showed me a sample of the frame against the painting, it felt like it truly belonged—like anything else would have been a disservice to the piece. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for thoughtful, high-quality framing.

  • I have had the pleasure of working with The Frame Shoppe in Augusta, GA several times, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. As a golf enthusiast, I had several pieces related to the Masters golf tournament that needed framing. Tracey, the owner, provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. Tracey's expertise and professional guidance were invaluable in selecting the perfect frames to complement each piece. The quality and style of the custom framing exceeded my expectations, highlighting the beauty and significance of my Masters artwork. Not only is The Frame Shoppe a locally owned gem, but Tracey's personalized touch, keen sense of style, and dedication to her craft make it stand out even more. I highly recommend The Frame Shoppe for anyone looking for high-quality custom framing and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Tracey, for your excellent work and for helping preserve these special memories!

  • Rita and I went for our initial consultation with our watercolor we wanted framed. Tracey helped us thru the process and she was GREAT! Custom framing can be extremely expensive, but she helped get what we were looking for within 10% of our budget. We are supposed to pick up framed artwork in early January. I'm very confident it will be quality work
