Shipping Policy

We have options for both local and nationwide delivery. Local deliveries can be combined with installation services. Nationwide services can be coordinated with our trusted delivery partner. We will also work with UPS to carefully pack and send smaller pieces.

The time frame will depend on the complexity of the job and the materials required. Our goal is to finish your project promptly. Delivery dates range from two weeks for in-stock or readily available materials to longer for materials that may be back-ordered or are handmade. We can accommodate rush orders. If you have a short deadline, please call us at 706.738.5529, and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on ready-made merchandise within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in original, unused condition and accompanied by a receipt. 

To initiate the return process, contact us at info@theframeshoppeaugusta.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason(s) for return request. A Return Authorization number (RA number) will then be provided to you with return instructions.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns without a valid RA number or if they do not meet the following terms - items must be returned unopened, sealed, unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received by you.

The Frame Shoppe does not offer free shipping on returns unless product arrives damaged or the wrong item(s) is shipped to you. Please be sure to contact info@theframeshoppeaugusta.com to advise us of any damages or wrong items received. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping so you can track return delivery, when returning item(s) with your own label.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be applied on the original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of item(s) to our warehouse.

We do not offer Exchanges. Should you wish to receive an exchange of product, please initiate a return and place a new online order.

Please note: Custom framing and original artwork are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These bespoke pieces are crafted or curated just for you, and we appreciate your understanding.
